Listed below are the forms required for projects on Lakes properties as governed by the Lakes CC&Rs and By Laws. If you are not sure if your project requires ACC approval please contact an ACC Member or refer to the Lakes CC&Rs and By Laws. The most common projects that require ACC approval are house painting, roof replacement, window/door replacement, any renovations that change the outside appearance of your house, driveway replacement, any permanent structure, such as a deck, hot tub or play equipment (play structure, trampoline) or fence. *This is not a complete list.
